# Return Policy — Tennis Card Collective

## 1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, subjective disagreement over condition or grade, or because a card's market value has changed after purchase. Please read each listing's description in full — including the condition notes and whether the listing uses an exact or representative photo (see Section 2) — before buying.

## 2. Card Condition, Grades & Product Representation

- **Exact-card listings.** Serial-numbered cards are one-of-a-kind and are sold as the exact card pictured. For these listings, the photos show the specific card you will receive.
- **Representative (stock) images.** Non-numbered cards are often held in quantity. For these listings, the pictured card is representative — you will receive a card of the same player, set, year, and type, but not necessarily the exact card shown. Where a listing uses a representative image, this is stated on the product page.
- **Raw (ungraded) cards are sold as-is.** Condition varies — centering, surface, corners, and edges. Minor imperfections such as light edge or corner wear, print marks, or surface scratches may be present and are not grounds for a claim. Any condition notes we provide are our good-faith opinion, not a guarantee.
- **Graded cards.** The grade reflects the third-party grading company's opinion at the time of grading. We do not guarantee a card will receive the same grade if resubmitted or crossed over, and we are not responsible for grading-company errors.
- **Authenticity.** We sell cards we believe to be authentic. Any suspected authenticity concern must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence and is handled case-by-case.

## 3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or a tracked order is not delivered, contact us at tenniscardcollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). To process any claim we require:

- Clear photos of the item(s), any damage, the shipping envelope/packaging, and the shipping label; and
- That you keep all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved.

Claims made after 7 days, or without the required evidence, may be denied. Where we determine a claim is valid, the remedy — replacement (if available) or store credit — is provided at our sole discretion and is your sole and exclusive remedy.

## 4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (or a comparable tracked service) with tracking. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier, and a carrier "delivered" scan is treated as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays or misdelivery once the carrier takes possession; for genuinely lost-in-transit packages, contact us and we will assist, subject to the carrier's claim process and timelines. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address; orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping costs.

## 5. International Orders
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees, and for compliance with their country's import rules. We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges.

## 6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped. Once shipped, the order is subject to this policy.

## 7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If there is any problem with your order, contact us first — we want to make it right. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or after receiving an item as described (including as-is or representative items), is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest such disputes and to provide our payment processor with order details, tracking, delivery confirmation, photos, and this policy as evidence.

## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for changes in a card's market value.

## 9. Agreement & Changes
By placing an order you agree to this Return Policy and our Terms of Service. We may update this policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
