Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders ship via a tracked service (USPS Ground Advantage or comparable). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the order's weight and size.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical domestic transit is a few business days after shipment, but carrier timelines can vary.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries, shown at checkout. International transit times vary and are not guaranteed. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees, and for compliance with their country's import rules; we are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges.
Risk of Loss, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Risk of loss passes to you once the package is accepted by the carrier, and a carrier "delivered" scan is treated as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays, misdelivery, or lost or stolen packages once the carrier has the package. For genuinely lost-in-transit tracked packages, contact us at orders@mycardrep.com within 7 days and we'll assist per our Return Policy, subject to the carrier's claim process.
Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct shipping address. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping costs to resend.
Packaging
Cards are packaged securely to protect them in transit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.
